When payment is made for any orders, it means that you have agreed to the T&Cs listed here.

By using EARLGREYPARTY's site and purchasing with us, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, that might be updated by us from time to time without prior notice. EGP reserve the rights to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without notice.

Please read through the below details carefully before placing an order with us. Once your order's confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes or make any refunds. Please also note that by checking out of this site, it implies your intention of confirming an order. If order is not paid within the given timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, items will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will have their accounts and emails deleted from EGP's site and will be banned from all future purchases.

// PRODUCT

Do note that all products are made effort to display at its most accurate colors and designs on the website. However, actual colors and feel of product is dependent on the computer monitor of user's usage. There may be a 0.5 inch-1 inch difference in our given measurements. In the above mentioned cases as such, the variance may not be considered as a defect. Do note that maximum effort is put in to ensure its accuracy. Prices of all products are subjected to changes without prior notice.

All items sold are non-refundable but are exchangeable if the item is defected. Replacement of the same product will be made if it’s defected. Should the defected product be sold out at the point of return or is out of stock for a preorder, a full refund will be made. Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be done.

Reservations and trades are strictly not allowed at EARLGREYPARTY.

// PRICING

Prices are inclusive of normal postage charges for Singapore addresses. For registered local mail, there’s an additional charge of $2.25 per parcel. For payments made via credit card and paypal, there will be a 6% tax of the total bill for paypal charges. For other postage charges, please email us @ sales@earlgreyparty.com before making purchases.

All the prices stated are final and non-negotiable.

// PAYMENT

Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you’ve made an ATM transfers, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be treated as no order.

EARLGREYPARTY will take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have payment if you did not make any.

Payments will be verified within 6 – 48 hours depending on volume of order.

// DELIVERY

EARLGREYPARTY ships worldwide. Charges are reflected upon checking out. EGP will not be held liable for lost parcels if customer chooses to opt for normal mail. We strongly encourage all buyers to opt for registered parcels for a piece of mind. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent. EGP uses Singpost to ship all parcels within or out of Singapore. EGP will not be liable for any delayed lost parcels under Singpost's responsibility.

Self-collection is available for every orders from 1st September 2011 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 2pm - 7:30pm at our warehouse, 3 mins away from Paya Lebar Station. Details can be found here - http://www.earlgreyparty.com/self-collection-details.

There will be no additional images provided for product, however, EGP will be answering and assisting any enquires regarding any products. You can ask any questions through the page here. Enquires will be answered within 36 hours unless otherwise stated.
